At Queen’s Park High School we are committed to establishing, promoting and maintaining the positive mental health and wellbeing of all staff through workplace practices and procedures. We actively encourage staff to take responsibility for their own mental health and wellbeing.

In addition to promoting positive mental health, we aim to recognise and respond to mental ill health via our staged approach to providing support.

We believe that the mental health and wellbeing of our staff is key to organisational success and sustainability.

Positive mental health enables us to thrive and work together to inspire individuals, empower minds and define futures.

'Mental Health is a state of well-being in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community’
