We have been informed by our phone system provider that they will be carrying out essential maintenance on our VoIP phone platform on Wednesday 1st April 2026, beginning at 8:00am and continuing until 6:00am on Thursday 2nd April.

During this maintenance window, there may be periods when our phone lines, both inbound and outbound, are unavailable. This includes the main school number, the Trust number and the numbers for all of our schools. Voicemail and call routing may also be affected at times.

Please be reassured that this work is being carried out by Virtue Technologies to improve system performance and reliability. No action is required from parents or carers, and services will resume automatically once the maintenance is complete. Arrangements are in place for emergency outgoing calls if required.

If you need to contact the school during any downtime, please do so via email or Synergy as usual. You may also receive additional attendance messages if the phone system is temporarily unavailable.
