Future leaders in action!
Our QPHS & @chestercis Student Leaders came together for an inspiring leadership training session with Trust Improvement Director Lyndsay Watterson, exploring what it takes to lead with action, purpose & positive change.
From teamwork & leadership challenges to planning how they can make a difference in 2026-27, students shared big ideas, ambitious goals & the legacy they hope to leave behind.
One thing's for sure... our future is in safe hands!

Game, set & match!
Our Year 10 GCSE PE students enjoyed an unforgettable day at Wimbledon yesterday after receiving prime time tickets to one of the most iconic sporting events!
The group travelled down to London & spent the day soaking up the incredible atmosphere, watching top quality tennis & enjoying the sunshine. They even had the privilege of watching British wildcard @arthurfery secure his quarter final victory while relaxing on the famous Henman Hill!
Trips like this are always a highlight of the PE calendar, giving students the chance to experience elite sport up close & be inspired by some of the best athletes in the game.
And as for our dedicated staff... as you can see, it was an absolute chore spending the day in the sunshine at Wimbledon for our PE department "martyrs" Mr Taylor & Miss Darroch!!!
What a fantastic experience for such a lucky group of students!
