What a fabulous experience for our Year 10 students as they took to the stage for @storyhouselive Schools Festival 2026! Their 'Talking Heads' style performance was brilliantly delivered & incredibly well received! The performance formed part of their Drama Work Experience Week, giving students the opportunity to develop their confidence, creativity & performance skills in a real theatre setting. It may not be destination Tokyo but it's definitely the next best thing! Our Year 12 Turing students have headed to the big smoke for an action-packed overnight sightseeing & WEX adventure in London! Day 1 has already been packed with iconic landmarks & unforgettable experiences: >St Paul's Cathedral>Buckingham Palace>Trafalgar Square>A valuable work experience visit at the @bankofengland And...an adrenaline-fuelled interactive gaming challenge at @activategames.uk They've properly hit the ground running... but the big question is: will they have any energy left for Day 2?! Really thrilled that #QPHSChester was chosen by CWAC Library Service to launch their 'Teens Read Two' summer reading challenge as part of the National Year of Reading!
