We are delighted to invite prospective students and their families to our Open Evening on Wednesday 16th September from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience first-hand the energy, ambition and warmth of a high-performing school.
Over the past five years, record numbers of students have chosen Queen’s Park High School, attracted by our strong academic standards and exceptional pastoral care. As a relatively small school, we pride ourselves on knowing every student as an individual. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to recognise and nurture each student’s unique brilliance, helping them to grow in confidence and achieve their full potential.
This commitment has been reflected in our strongest examination outcomes to date. Our Sixth Form students achieved record-breaking A Level results, with more than one in five grades awarded at A*-A. Our GCSE students also celebrated the best results in the school's history, with record numbers of top grades and excellent outcomes across grades 9-7, 9-5 and 9-4.
We believe that a happy child is a successful child. That’s why we place equal emphasis on academic excellence and personal development. Our curriculum is broad, ambitious and designed to inspire curiosity and a love of learning. Alongside this, we offer a wide range of enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities, from sports and performing arts to STEM club, leadership programmes and educational visits abroad to experience places such as Ghana, Colombia and West Coast America, ensuring every student can broaden their horizons, explore their interests and develop new skills.
One of the unique features of our school is our compulsory enrichment programme which is built into the school week. This ensures that every student benefits from a rich and balanced educational experience that goes beyond the classroom, helping them to become well-rounded, resilient, and creative individuals.
