Queen’s Park High School has a fantastic history of producing high quality productions that enable our students to excel in the performing arts both on and off stage and this year will be no exception with our production of Billy Elliot the musical!
Billy Elliot rehearsals and crew meetings have been underway since September with our cast and crew now firmly established ahead of the production which will be performed over four nights this February.
Auditions were held back in September 2022 and it took the judging panel a long time to decide who best suited the parts due to the huge range of talent on offer.
This will be our first major production since the pandemic and as such, we are pulling out all the stops to make sure that this is our biggest and best show ever. We are excited to welcome our new choreographer who will be working with us, Cariad Morgan, throughout this half term to turn our cast into fantastic ballet and contemporary dancers.
We know this will be a show to remember and look forward to seeing you at one of the performances which run from Tuesday 14th – Friday 17th February, at 7pm. Tickets are £7.50 and have just been released for sale (see link below).
The production will take place in the Main Hall at Queen's Park High School. Doors open at 6.45pm and the performances start at 7pm. We advise booking early to avoid disappointment, as we expect this to be another sell-out show!
We hope you can join us!
