Full Time, Permanent
Salary Range: L17 - L21
Required for September 2022

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to our school. The Deputy Headteacher will contribute to the successful strategic leadership of the school and will be accountable, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, for inspiring, managing and leading staff and students to achieve their very best and to establish a culture that celebrates and promotes academic and wider achievement.

Alongside these attributes, candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively enthuse and lead others and a commitment to ongoing CPD relevant to their position. The successful candidate will have a teaching commitment.

Queen’s Park High School is a smaller than average 11-18 comprehensive school beautifully situated, close to the heart of the historic city of Chester. The school is a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted January 2020) which works in close partnership with Christleton High School, Chester International School (CIS) and Belgrave Primary School as part of The Learning Trust.
